This collection contains approximately ten thousand photographs of Davenport and Scott County dating from the late 1800s to the present. Most of the images date from 1920 to 1960. Although this collection is strongest for locations and events in Davenport, some other areas of Scott County are also represented.
Photocopies of a portion of these photographs, arranged by general subject, are available in the Richardson-Sloane Special Collections Center (SC 779 Dav), or please ask the Special Collections staff to search our in-house database.
